EastSun Foods employs the state-of-art
technology to produce the highest quality of organic vegetable products in the past
thirteen years. Our 10 IQF organic production lines are equipped with high-speed freezing
machines to process tasty structure of the finished products. All our 6 plants are operate under HACCP and
ISO9001 programs and are certified by OCIA and JONA. Our quality-driven manufacturing processes begin with the organic seeding and planting of raw materials in the field, which are subjected to rigorous QA testing before entering into our labor-intensive wet preparation process. We have over 100 quality control engineers and technicians who obtained OFDC organic certification training program. At each critical controlling-point, we have inspectors in place empowered to intervene and remove any defective products. Metal detectors are present throughout the manufacturing process. Specialized liners and packing material reduce the risk of product contamination. At every step in our manufacturing process, our engineering team, in conjunction with our Q&A teams, ensures organic product functionality and flavor profile.
